Rolex is the world's most popular luxury watch brand. It is thus of no surprise that Rolex would issue several Mickey Mouse watches to tag-team with the most popular Mouse brand in the world.
This Rolex perpetual oyster DateJust features a walking Mickey Mouse on the left side of the watch face. Mickey is shown as a picture and is not part of any of the moving watch parts.
The DateJust 16013 is stainless steel with 18 karat gold. You can see the gold as a stripe in the middle of the watch band, around the watch dial, and as lines for the hour numbers on the watch face.
Shown is a large man's watch, which is 44 mm long and 36 mm wide. The Rolex DateJust 16013 was generally sold new in the early 1980s. The watch movement and date are both automatic.
Shown is a second version of the Mickey Mouse Rolex DateJust 16013. This version also has Minnie Mouse on the dial face wearing a blue dress.
A different Mickey Mouse is shown. Here is a fun depiction as it appears he is leaning on the Nine O'Clock hour bar.
This blue background Rolex 16013 shows a large Mickey Mouse in the center of the watch face. Mickey is walking to his right. He has white gloves and yellow shoes.
The Rolex Oysterdate Precision 6694 was generally sold new in the early 1970s. It has a manual winding and date. The watch is made of stainless steel with a silver watch face. The diameter of the watch is 34 mm.
This Mickey Mouse version features a printed Mickey Mouse. Mickey is leaning as if resting on the Nine O'Clock hour bar. Unlike the DateJust 16013 and 1601, Mickey is offset and not actually on the bar.
The black dial of this Rolex gives Mickey a unique looking black face. It is not an image of Mickey Mouse you are going to see very often in any context. Instead of a black outline and black ears, Mickey has a white outline and white ears.
This Oysterdate version has a large Mickey Mouse which takes up almost all of the watch face. Mickey is shown with matching yellow gloves and shoes. The Mickey arms are painted on the watch and not part of the hand movement.
A third version of the Rolex Precision 6694, this one has both Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse on the watch face.
We saw this from a seller in Germany. It features both Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. But instead of the small figures seen in other Rolex watches, these are large painted figures in the center of the watch face. Mickey and Minnie are back to back.
The Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust 1601 was sold new in the late 1960s. The large men's watch is 36 mm in diameter and 44 mm long. The watch has a stainless steel case and 18k bezel.
The Mickey Mouse version shows Mickey and Minnie Mouse painted on the watch face. The figures are not involved in the watch functions. For a bit of fun Mickey appears as if he is leaning on the Nine O'Clock bar.
The large image of Mickey Mouse is feature on this version. Mickey's right hand is matched with Nine O'Clock and his left hand is pointing at Four O'Clock. This is different from Rolex 6694 where Mickey's right hand is up at Ten O'Clock.
The Rolex Oysterate 1694 was first sold in the 1950s. It is a winding watch. The one shown has a blue face, and the watch has a 34 mm diameter.
Featured on the watch face are Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse. As seen in the Precision series, unlike the DateJust watches although Mickey is supposed to be leaning on the Nine O'Clock Bar, the image is off and to the right of the bar.
This Rolex Air-King model 1002 has the Rolex logo, but not the words Rolex.
The large Mickey Mouse is featured, with his hands at the Ten and Four O'Clock positions.
A medium sized Mickey Mouse appear on the Rolex 6519. Mickey is not centered, but is off to the left with his arms outstreched in a welcoming position.
Shown is a ladies watch which is 24 mm in diameter. Originally sold in the early 1970s, we saw this from a seller in Italy.
This Rolex Oyster Perpetual 6538 is gold and made in the late 1960s.
Mickey Mouse is shown in a different pose than on other Rolex watches. Here, Mickey is leaning against the Nine O'clock Bar, but instead of his arm resting on the bar, his arm and hand are reaching out to touch the bar.
This Rolex Oyster Perpetual 6751 is gold and made in the mid 1970s.
As with the Rolex 6548, Mickey Mouse is shown with his arm and and outstretched against the Nine O'clock bar.
This Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust 16014 shows Mickey Mouse leaning against the watch dial.
Made in the late 1970s - early 1980s, this watch is stainless steel with an 18k gold bezel.
The Rolex Oyster Perptual Date 15000 has a 34 mm diameter.
Shown is a large Mickey Mouse in the center of the watch dial. His arms are pointing to Ten and Four O'Clock. He has matching yellow gloves and yellow shoes.
Rare, this gold Rolex Oyster Perptual Date 15005 shows Mickey leaning over the 9 o'clock bar.
